The Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Debrecen has been organising the International Scientific Conference on Gerontology Days on ageing since 2007.
The demographic, economic and social impact of ageing is being experienced in many countries around the world. In addition to improving the quality of life of the elderly, maintaining physical activity and improving mental health, gerontological research, meetings and organisations are of particular importance in order to present research findings and discuss new challenges, for which the conference is an excellent opportunity. The event will present national and international institutions active in the field of care for the elderly.
