Introduction
The goal of the Verzár Frigyes College for Advanced Studies, both in the past and today, is to build and maintain a professional community based on the principles of community, social sensitivity, and professionalism. In addition to talent identification and development, it aims to provide high-quality, advanced professional training.
We consider it important to attract students who strive for knowledge beyond the required curriculum, and to provide them with opportunities to develop their abilities, thus enabling them to become versatile intellectuals who are open to social issues.
Our mission is to offer high-level theoretical and practical experience in line with the faculty’s educational profile through lectures, courses, conferences, professional excursions, and research activities.
The members of the College, through their professional knowledge and civic engagement, are able to apply their skills, competencies, and expertise in the labor market. The aim is to cultivate an intellectual elite that is open to, capable of understanding, and willing to address complex social problems.
In addition, one of the most important—if not the most important—missions of the College is to contribute to the development of personal relationships among the faculty’s talented students, which can later bear fruit in their professional careers.
